What Areas of Research are Available?

Most projects are part of ongoing research activities by a specific faculty member and require guidance and oversight. Faculty members with research projects and a listing of recent research projects can be found on the CASMNS Canvas course. It's important to note that CASMNS research professors are actively involved in teaching, with full teaching commitments. Consequently, their capacity to accommodate students for research each semester is limited, and availability may vary. Thus, it is crucial that you express your motivation and interest in a timely manner. To be involved in research is exciting but will require a positive attitude plus extra time and effort on top of your regular academic schedule.
