The following requirements must be met for an 文学副学士 (AA) award:
1. 至少修满60个大学学分。
2. Earn a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0
3. Complete the 通识教育核心课程 of 42 credit hours.
4. Complete a minimum of 18 additional credit hours of degree requirements and
electives that are specified on each program's page.

以下是国家认可的AA研究领域（FOS）转学课程。 Students completing the required FOS courses, for a specific FOS, will be awarded a Certificate. The FOS is guaranteed to freely transfer to Texas public colleges, toward that specific area. The FOS courses are equivalent to the first two years of program coursework in a related bachelor's degree. A FOS may be completed in conjunction with an associate degree.
