Transfer F-1 applicants are students on an F-1 visa and have an active I-20 currently held at another institution in the United States.

--Collin College does not issue PRE-OPT, nor do we provide STEM OPT recommendations for students with a previous STEM degree of a bachelor's or higher from other institutions. Collin College only offer STEM OPT recommendations for Collin College's bachelor degree program in Cybersecurity.

完成 F-1申请人需要托福成绩或雅思成绩 action item by submitting TOEFL (institution code: 6805) or IELTS scores with the following minimum scores to be considered for admittance:

雅思总分最低6.5分
PTE学术最低总分55分
或
英语作为第二语言课程（ESL）
TOEFL internet Based Test (iBT) minimum Total Score of 32, with a minimum score of 8, in each skill

PTE Academic Overall Score of 30, with a minimum of 29 in the intake skills (Listening/Reading) and 17 in each of the production skills (Speaking/Writing)
