Family Law Mediation Training
This course is designed to assist students in understanding advanced skills needed to mediate a variety of family law-related matters. This program complies with both the Texas statutory requirement for mediation training (The Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code) as well as the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable Standards for Family Mediation Training.
Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certificate Training
This course provides education, training, and skill development for students interested in serving as an impartial third party court-appointed mediator.
Students will analyze various case studies and role play a mediation session. The Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certificate course meets the 40-hour requirement per Texas State Law Section 154.052.
