Paramedic Accelerated Program Schedule
The Paramedic program follows the standard approximately 9-month timeline and features an intensive schedule with full-day classes. It includes a
combination of face-to-face instruction, web-based courses, and clinical experiences,
all designed to meet the required contact hours for certification. All in-person classes
are held at the McKinney Campus, and students will earn a total of 33 credit hours.
Daily schedules align with the current academic term.
This program is ideal for students who can commit to a full-time, immersive schedule. While it provides a fast track to Paramedic certification, the intensity makes it challenging to maintain additional coursework or outside employment unless participating through a sponsorship.

This Paramedic schedule follows an extended approximately 11-month timeline designed to accommodate the 24/48 fire department shift schedule. The program combines face-to-face instruction, web-based courses, and clinical experiences,

This pathway is an excellent option for working adults, providing flexibility to maintain employment while completing full-time Paramedic training. However, due to the program’s intensity, it may be challenging to take on additional coursework outside of the program unless participating through a sponsorship.
