Interested in growing healthcare field with no direct contact with patients? Do you like electronics and hands on work?

Biomedical Equipment Technology program offers all of this! Biomedical Equipment Technicians install, repair and maintain the equipment used in modern hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities. The need for these highly-skilled technicians continues to grow and expand as technology becomes inseparable from modern patient care.



Program Options

With a two-year Biomedical Equipment Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, you can get a job with hospitals, healthcare organizations, third party organizations, and medical device manufacturers and distributors. This is the best investment on your education with under $7,000 in total cost of the program, job growth of 17%, and average salary of $53, 400*.

Continuing for a Bachelor's Degree

You can transfer this two-year AAS degree to a BAAS (Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences) degree from local 4-year institutions.
