Workers' Compensation Overview

If you suffer an on the job injury, you must report the injury to your supervisor immediately. You must also complete the First Report of Injury form and notify Human Resources as soon as possible by emailing benefits@collin.edu or calling 972.599.3152.

You may see any doctor or urgent care clinic that accepts workers' compensation claims, such as Concentra, CareNow, or Nova Medical. Please be advised HealthSelect does not cover work-related injuries or sickness.
