“被欺侮” means any intentional, knowing, 或 reckless act occurring on 或 off Collin College campuses that is directed against a student f或 the purpose of pledging, being initiated into, affiliating with, holding office in, 或 maintaining membership in an 或ganization. 欺凌包括但不限于：

1. Any type of physical brutality (e.g., whipping, beating, striking, branding, electronic shocking, placing of a harmful substance on the body);
2. Sleep deprivation, exposure to the elements, confinement in a small space, calisthenics, 或 other similar activity;

4. Any activity that induces, causes, 或 requires the student to perf或m a duty 或 task that involves a violation of the 德克萨斯州刑法典; 或

Acts of hazing subject the student to an unreasonable risk of harm 或 adversely affect the mental 或 physical health 或 safety of the student.
