Collin College can now use test scores from the ALEKS assessment taken at another college, for higher-level math placement as long as you are already college ready for the Math TSI. Please note the following:

• Send your score report to Collin College through your ALEKS account. If you cannot send the scores, you will need to speak with your current college about enabling you to send your score report to another school.
• After you have sent your scores, please send an email to TSI_info@collin.edu saying you have sent your ALEKS scores. Be sure to include your name and CWID number in the email.
• The test must have been proctored in order to be counted.
• The test must have been taken within the last 18 months.
  

The following ALEKS scores can be used for higher-level math placement:

• Score of 61-75:
  • MATH1316 Trigonometry
  • MATH1325 Calculus for Business and Economics I
  • MATH2412 Pre-Calculus
    
    
• Score of 76-100:
  • MATH2413 Calculus I
