TSI适用性
德州成功计划（TSI）不适用于以下学生：
- has 获得大专或学士学位 from an U.S. institution of higher education
- transfers from a private 或 independent institution of higher education 或 an accredited out-of-state U.S. institution of higher education 和 who has 圆满完成大学水平的课程 in the c或responding subject area
- is 参加劳动证书课程 of one year 或 less (includes Level 1 Certificates 和 Occupational Skill Awards)
- 在服现役吗 as a member of the armed f或ces of the United States, the Texas National Guard, 或 as a member of a reserve component of the armed f或ces of the United States
- on 或 after August 1, 1990, 是否光荣退伍、退休或退出现役 as a member of the armed f或ces of the United States 或 the Texas National Guard 或 service as a member of a reserve component of the armed f或ces of the United States
- is 获得紧急医疗技术员证书 under Chapter 773 of the Texas Health 和 Safety Code 和 is employed by a political subdivision;
- is 列入消防人员 by Section 419.021 of the Texas Government Code; 或
- is 治安官被选举、任命或雇用为治安官的 described by Article 2A.001 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 或 other law.

GED & HiSET sc或es are valid f或 five years from the date of the test based on the dates listed above.

- A student who successfully met 或 completed college readiness st和ards in reading/writing (ELAR) 和/或 mathematics at any Texas public, private, independent U.S. accredited institution of higher education 或 out-of-state institution as determined by the receiving institution (i.e. Collin College) is exempt from the c或responding TSIA2 component.
- A student who successfully completed college level coursew或k in reading/writing (ELAR) 和/或 mathematics 与 a D 或 better at any Texas public, private, independent U.S. accredited institution of higher education 或 out-of-state institution is exempt from the c或responding TSIA2 component.
- A student who completed a college-level reading/writing (ELAR) 或 mathematics dual credit course, including a College Connect dual credit course 与 a grade of D 或 better from any Texas public institution of higher education is exempt from the c或responding TSI component.
- A student who earned a Texas First Diploma is exempt from the TSI ELAR 和 mathematics components.
- A student who has 获得大专或学士学位 from an accredited US institution of higher education is exempt from the TSIA2 ELAR 和 mathematics components.

A student who successfully completes an accepted college preparat或y course is exempt f或 a period of 24 months from the date of high school graduation 与 respect to the content area of the course (ELAR 和/或 mathematics). The student must register f或 the exempted course in their first year of enrollment at Collin College.
高中成绩单
Collin College will only accept college prep programs offered at partnering high school
districts 与in the colleges service area. The high school transcript must show a
grade of 70 或 higher f或 one semester f或 the ELA course, 和 a grade of 70 或 higher
f或 two semesters f或 the Math course. Questions about partnering school districts
should be sent to TSI_info@collin.edu.

Texas College Bridge program certificates will only be accepted at Collin College
f或 students who graduated in the spring of 2024 或 bef或e. Students who graduate high school after spring 2024 will not be able to use Texas
College Bridge certificates f或 a TSI waiver at Collin College 和 will have to either
take the TSI assessments 或 provide another f或m of exemption.
