Our Computer Networking Programs

The mission of the Computer Networking team at Collin College is to equip our students with real-world employability skills. In the the process of attaining skills for the IT industry certifications, our students develop teamwork, communication, analytical thinking skills and become highly marketable for a successful career in IT. If you're passionate or curious about the art of designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the vital networks that power the internet across the world, this program is designed for you.

Collin's Engineering and Computer Systems Department offers two tracks in Computer Networking:

In all two tracks, you begin with building a solid foundation in understanding of how networks work, and the foundational courses prepare you for numerous professional certifications including CompTIA Network+ and CCNA/CCNP. Then you select which networking focus suits you best.
