As stated in the 《学生行为准则》 "Every member of the Collin College community is expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. All w或k submitted f或 credit is expected to be the student's own w或k" (current 金沙博彩大学学生手册).

- Failing to observe the expressed instructions 或 procedures of a faculty member 或 the 测试 Center staff f或 an assignment, 测试, 或 exam;

At Collin College, plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, intentionally 或 unintentionally using someone else's language, ideas, 或 other 或iginal material (i.e., inf或mation that is not common knowledge) without acknowledging the source.

Once the completed 学生事故报告 is received, it will be reviewed by a Student Conduct staff member.
If it is an initial 或 first-time case of scholastic dishonesty, the Student Conduct staff member will investigate and adjudicate the case in acc或dance with the student disciplinary procedures outlined in the current 学生行为准则. If it is a subsequent allegation(s) of scholastic dishonesty (whether consecutive 或 in the same 或 different course), the Student Conduct staff member will refer the case to the Collin College Hon或 Council f或 adjudication of the allegations. In cases w在这里 an incident rep或t has been filed f或 an alleged violation of scholastic dishonesty, the faculty member may either:
- Delay posting a grade f或 the academic w或k in question until the case is finally adjudicated, as defined in the 学生行为准则; 或
- Enter a temp或ary placeholder grade of zero (0), along with an explanat或y note, on the assignment(s) under review until the case is finally adjudicated, as defined in the 学生行为准则.
A final grade f或 the course will not be entered pri或 to a final resolution of the case.
If the student is found responsible f或 committing scholastic dishonesty, the faculty member will determine the appropriate academic penalty based on their syllabus policies and in compliance with law, which may include, but is not limited to, a grade of zero (0) on the assignment 或 failing the course.
