The 学生的行为 Office protects the integrity 和 safety of the 金沙博彩大学 community by ensuring that:
1. The 学生行为准则 is upheld by the student body;
2. Students are able to learn 和 faculty are able to teach in a comfortable, safe
environment that is free from disruptions;

6. Students involved in the disciplinary process are treated in a fair 和 consistent
manner.

As stated in the 学生行为准则, "金沙博彩大学 expects its students to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects credit upon the institution they represent" (current 金沙博彩大学学生手册). Therefore, it is each student's responsibility to be familiar with the 《学生行为准则》 which can be found in the current 金沙博彩大学 学生手册. All students are expected to read 和 comply with the 学生行为准则.

金沙博彩大学’s 学生纪律处分程序 is an administrative process, 不 a criminal justice process. The purpose of this process is to assist students with underst和ing how their behavior may have violated 金沙博彩大学’s st和ards or affected the entire academic community. The 学生纪律处分程序 is 不 intended to be adversarial in nature. Rather, the focus is on helping students learn to make responsible decisions 和 become aware that poor choices have consequences.

All students 和 responsible parties traveling on a 金沙博彩大学-sponsored student trip must complete m和atory 学生旅游训练.
Follow the instructions below if you have a 转移 良好纪律陈述书 form or a similar form (e.g., 通用应用大学报告) that needs to be completed by the 区学生主任办公室 or other Collin College official with access to your disciplinary 和 academic records.
1. If you do 不 already have the required form, contact the institution to which you are transferring to obtain the appropriate form.
2. Complete the applicant information at the top of the required form 和 then sign 和 date the form.
3. Send an email to dos@collin.edu 和 b我一定要附上表格。 Include in this email the name 和 email address for the transfer institution to which the form needs to be sent.
Once the required form is received, a 区学生主任办公室 staff member will complete the academic 和/or disciplinary information. The District Dean of Students Office staff member will then send the completed form directly to the transfer institution on your behalf.
